Support for Motherhood - infancy to adulthood

busting the myth that you should be calm all the time - authentic over calm
boundaries – identifying, setting and holding them – what it takes and where it might be challenging
the whole family nervous system and how you are the hub of the family – your own well-being radiates to everyone
bringing awareness to your own upbringing and reassessing subconscious beliefs so as to do things differently
identifying your own and your child/rens’ stress response patterns and what you and they really need to be able to return more easily to a relaxed base state
developing capacity to integrate old emotions so you can act with more choice and presence to respond rather than react
self-forgiveness and compassion – letting go of guilt and embracing self-loving responsibility
encountering the unknown with our children, feeling overwhelmed and fearful
developing self-trust, trust in our children and faith in life
