Support for Motherhood - infancy to adulthood

You may wish for support with some of the following themes:

  • addressing what most challenges you in your life with your children

  • busting the myth that you should be calm all the time - authentic over calm

  • boundaries – identifying, setting and holding them – what it takes and where it might be challenging

  • the whole family nervous system and how you are the hub of the family – your own well-being radiates to everyone

  • bringing awareness to your own upbringing and reassessing subconscious beliefs so as to do things differently

  • identifying your own and your child/rens’ stress response patterns and what you and they really need to be able to return more easily to a relaxed base state

  • developing capacity to integrate old emotions so you can act with more choice and presence to respond rather than react

  • self-forgiveness and compassion – letting go of guilt and embracing self-loving responsibility

  • encountering the unknown with our children, feeling overwhelmed and fearful

  • developing self-trust, trust in our children and faith in life

  • consciously growing a flourishing family – the power of the mother’s prayers and intentions
